Converged Event Technologies is a technical consultancy for live events and permanent venues. We design, deploy, and support the infrastructure a show runs on — and we own all three layers, so nothing falls between vendors.

What we do
Engagements run from a single show call to a multi-year venue build. Most clients bring us in when the network, the AV, and the control software all have to work together on a deadline.
NET
Event and venue networks
Switched network design and deployment for live production: VLAN and multicast architecture, QoS for real-time media, PTP timing for Dante, AES67, and ST 2110, wireless coverage for show floors and back of house, plus as-built documentation your team can actually maintain.
AV
AV systems integration
Design, configuration, and commissioning of networked audio and video systems — DSP and signal flow, paging and intercom, control interfaces, and the tie-in between AV gear and venue infrastructure. Every project closes with a punch list and turnover package.
SW
Custom software and integrations
API integrations between AV, camera, and building systems where off-the-shelf products stop short. Camera analytics pipelines, time-series data collection and dashboards, and internal tooling that turns venue data into something operations teams can use during a show.
OPS
Show support and IT operations
Onsite technical support during load-in and show days, remote troubleshooting between events, endpoint fleet management and device provisioning, and escalation support for event staff who need an answer in minutes rather than days.
Engagements
How we work and what it costs
Nothing is sold directly from this site. Every engagement starts with a discovery call, and pricing is quoted in a written proposal or statement of work before any work begins.
Advisory and retainers
Monthly fee for ongoing technical direction, documentation, and vendor coordination. Billed at the start of each month.
Onsite support
Day rate for show coverage and commissioning, plus travel and expenses at cost. Quoted per event.
Billing
Invoices are issued by email and paid by card or bank transfer through Stripe. Net 15 unless the statement of work says otherwise.
Rates vary with scope, timeline, and travel, so we don't publish a fixed price list. Send a note describing the venue or event and you'll get a written quote.

Terms, privacy, and cancellation
Terms of service
Converged Event Technologies provides technical consulting and integration services. The specific scope, schedule, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties; that document governs the engagement and takes precedence over this page.
Work begins once the statement of work is signed and any required deposit is received. Deliverables and any custom software created for a client transfer to the client on final payment. Services are provided without warranty beyond what the statement of work states, and liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Privacy
We collect only the information clients send us directly — name, email, phone, company, and details about the project — and use it solely to quote, deliver, and support the work. We do not sell or share client information with third parties for marketing, and this site does not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us. To ask what we hold about you or request deletion, email info@converged.events.
Cancellation and refunds
Because we sell professional services rather than goods, invoices cover time and work already performed. Clients may cancel an engagement with 30 days' written notice; you are billed for work completed through the cancellation date, and any unearned portion of a deposit is refunded within 30 days.
Onsite event coverage cancelled inside the notice window may be billed at up to the full quoted day rate, plus any non-refundable travel already booked. If something about an invoice looks wrong, email info@converged.events before disputing the charge and we'll sort it out directly.
